Air Conditioner

Definition of Air Conditioning:
Air Conditioning can be definite: “The process of treating air so as to control simultaneously its temperature, humidity, cleanliness and distribution to meet the requirements of confined space”
We have all experienced hot “dry” whether which is fairly comfortable and hot “humid” whether which is very uncomfortable. The main problem is that “humid” air slows down the evaporation from our body and we feel sticky as our clothes absorb moisture from the skin and cannot easily get rid of this moisture into the atmosphere.
Humidity is a term used to describe the presence of moisture in the air. This is also called water vapor.
Air temperatures are measured in Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C) scales using a thermometer.
Fahrenheit (°F) is a unit of temperature named for the German physicist Gabriel Fahrenheit.
Celsius (°C) is a unit of temperature named for the Swedish astronomer Anders Celsius.
68°F – 70 °F degrees Fahrenheit (20 °C - 21.11 °C degrees Celsius) considered to be ideal temperatures for most of us. This appliances both to summer and temperatures that are a few degrees warmer. Once the temperatures get above 80 °F degrees Fahrenheit (26.67 °C degrees Celsius) we get quite uncomfortable as we pursue our daily routines.
The location where an air conditioner is located will affect it's performance to a large extent. It makes sense to install the air conditioner in as cool an area as possible so that the condenser (condenser performs a function similar to that of a radiator an automobile; that is, the condenser is the cooling for the hot refrigerant gas) has as much temperature difference as possible with the outside air for maximum heat transfer. Another factor is that the air conditioner should not be located over sidewalks and doorways where the drain can drip on people.
The condenser is located on the outside of the air conditioner. A separate fan blows air over the condenser to cool it and remove heat from the refrigerant.
